We offer UPS Capital Shipping Insurance as a third-party, supplementary service to the freight carrier’s basic liability insurance. This program allows Renvu to provide replacement equipment in a timely manner, in the unlikely event that your equipment is damaged during transit.
Our warehouse is located in Newark, CA. Customers are welcome to pick orders up at our warehouse between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Pickup orders usually take 1-2 business days to prepare. Once your pickup order is ready, we will notify you via email and provide pickup instructions.
It depends whether the panels are coming from the West or East coast, and where in the United States you are. Say you live in Texas and we are having the pallet of panels ship from our CA warehouse, the shipping cost for the pallet would be around $450 - $500.
We can ship any order to Puerto Rico though the cost can be prohibitive. Often our customers setup a freight forwarder in Miami that can accept the delivery in the US on your behalf and forwards it to Puerto Rico at your cost.
What to Expect When My Freight Shipment Arrives : Most shipments will come from our warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area. Customers in the Western US typically receive shipments within 1-3 business days from the ship date. Customers in the Central and Eastern US typically receive shipments within 3-5 business days from the ship date.
Any order with products that are small and light enough to ship UPS should show UPS ground shipping. If the products are too bulky or heavy, the system may limit the options to freight only. If you believe the system is not showing UPS ground in error, it may be a mistake in the virtual weight and dimensions of the product. Please contact us in that case.
