To return an item, follow the steps listed below.
1. Visit the My Projects section of the Renvu website.
2. Choose the associated sales order for which you would like to return an item.
3. Click the Return Items button.
4. Select the items that you would like to return and click submit.
After you have submitted the return request, you will receive an email confirming your request. Attached to the email will be a RMA form to include with the returned items, as well as the address to which you should ship the items. If you would like Renvu to provide shipping for the returned items, please contact us by phone or email. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once the items are received and inspected, a credit will be placed on your account for the amount of the return. You may leave the credit on your account to be applied to your next order or request a refund via check.
