As many of you know, we are headquartered in Mountain View, CA and currently under a “shelter-in-place” order. We want to share our course of action with you.
First and foremost, our top priority is the safety of our employees, customers, and community. We have authorized our team members to work from home until further notice. We are conducting daily internal meetings to ensure the consistency of our services. Our business will continue to remain open and operational. In addition, our website is fully functional, so please feel free to place orders, utilize our services, or obtain any information you may need as per usual. Our team is here to help answer any questions you may have.
We have continued to monitor and follow the updates from the USA Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We are closely working with our manufacturing partners to ensure that there is minimal disruption to the supply chain. We have moved inventory from our California warehouse to our Texas location so there are no interruptions to fulfillment.
Our California, New Jersey, and Texas warehouses are also taking precautionary measures to make sure that everyone is healthy and safe in the workplace while minimizing the disruptions to their day-to-day operations. We are still accepting will-call orders, but please call ahead to schedule a pickup appointment. Please note that you may not be allowed to enter the warehouse. The warehouse team will bring the materials out to you via forklift. Just let us know if we need to palletize/shrinkwrap or not depending on the order and what kind of vehicle you are using to pick up.
According to both the WHO and CDC, receiving and handling shipments is still safe. The likelihood of contracting the COVID-19 virus from touching cardboard or a shipping container is low. We remain optimistic about the future and will keep you well informed on any developments that may affect your orders and delivery dates.
