Question: A Enphase microinverter I recently ordered hasn't been communicating since installation. I removed it and connected it to another panel this morning and the LED never lit. How do I go about getting a warranty replacement?
Thank you for the great question. All Enphase product warranties are processed through Enphase, even the Siemens warrantied products. The warranty process is described in the US Limited Warranty doc, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure doc. These documents layout the means for trouble shooting:

This is the first step in the process and from there you can submit the paperwork to prove purchase and the defect, and they will - directly- send you a replacement.
