I wanted to thank your company for the help and assistance you provided, I was able to order an excellent kit, at a price that beat all other companies for comparable kits with at least a 3-4K in savings. My order was for the Renesola 20-300w Modules, the Solaredge OP300 Optimizers, and the Solaredge SE6000A Inverter, the Alpha+ mounting system, along with everything else needed for installation. It has been up and operational since March 17th and has been producing from 40-50 KWH per day, 45 KWH is the average, I hope to expect a little more as the days get longer, I am very pleased with everything I recieved. The install was strait forward, and was able to complete in 2.5 days. I hired a master electrician to do the electrical work from the inverter to the disconnect, then to circuit breaker panel.
As an extra thanks, I needed to mention that some racking items were missing, as I did not inspect all the packaging as soon as it arrived. Two weeks later, I started laying all the pieces out in my garage I found that some mounting parts were missing for the racking. A few minutes on the phone with you, you had all the parts at my door step in a couple of days with no arguments or hassle, as you had every right to charge me for parts. You rarely find such responsiveness today.
I would and will recommend using your company to anyone interested in solar panels.
