Who is responsible for warranty issues with the Solaria PowerXT AC module?

Q: Who is responsible for warranty issues with the Solaria PowerXT AC module, Solaria or Enphase, and how do I submit a warranty claim for the AC module or one of its components?

A: The Solaria PowerXT AC module is the marriage of two of the solar industry’s leading-edge products. Solaria’s PowerXT Module and the Enphase IQ7+ microinverter platform come together to achieve superior aesthetics, performance, and create one of the highest power AC modules in the solar market place.

With this unique joining of technologies, there is a great deal of interest in who is responsible for any warranty issues and where to submit claims.

Although sold by Solaria, each of the components in the PowerXT AC module are supported and warranted by their respective manufacturer:

For the PowerXT module, see theSolaria PowerXT modules Limited Product Warranty.

For the IQ7+ microinverter, see the Enphase Energy Limited Warranty.

However, to establish a consistent customer experience, Enphase will be the single-point of contact for all customer issues concerning the PowerXT AC module.  With their extensive customer support network and microinverter expertise, Enphase will be able to quickly help to determine if the issue is with the microinverter, the PV module, or both.

Enphase support can be reached by visiting Enphase Support or by calling 877-797-4743.
