Return Policy

Restocking Fee & Additional Costs: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee*, plus shipping costs. The difference will also be deducted if the product price is reduced by more than 5% between the order date and the return request date. Please include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials to avoid additional penalties.

*Reimbursement Eligibility:

  • Within 30 Days of Invoice Date: Full refund, less applicable restocking fees, price reductions, and shipping costs. If the refund is issued by check, it will be mailed after the return is processed, with a net 30-day period.
  • After 30 Days of Invoice Date: Store credit only, less any applicable fees and costs as mentioned above.
  • After 60 Days of Invoice Date: No refunds or returns will be accepted after 60 days.

Refund Exclusions: Refunds only apply to the items and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or other fees. All items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Items must be sent freight prepaid and may be subject to a re-boxing fee.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not returnable, including but not limited to items that have been opened or installed

Free Shipping Orders: For items received as part of a "free shipping" offer, the return credit will be for the amount of the returned items, less the actual outbound shipping charges we incurred, along with any applicable fees as mentioned above.

Return Procedure

Request a Return: Email us at support@renvu.com. Provide a specific reason for your return. Include the items and quantities to be sent back. Write the RTN-A number in visible letters on the outside of the package. Also, include a copy of the original invoice and the return documents inside the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We strongly recommend packing fragile components with sufficient padding. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.
